I am Purchase one Freedge last year on 25/02/09 from M/s. Shri Balaji Electronics & Electricals, Ratanpur Colony, Panki, kanpur. After 8 Month of Purchase Freege Stoped their working & after several complain & pursuation, Company representative attened it & giving some excusesses and filling gas in the above said compressor with this assurance that this problum is not found in future.
But we are very surprised to see that after repairing our product during warranty, it again in break down within 6 month with same problum & for this company charged Rs. 950/- on Dt. 30/04/10 through job slip LUC [protected] and giving time of 3 month if any problum asist. Now again after 6 Month this freege is dead. And after several Complain, Mail & Phone they registered our complain on Dt. 17/10/10 No. LUC - [protected] in this pressure, when we says to him that we given your complain on consumer Forum.
Hence we request to you, Please do the needful action with Company & Shopkeeper & exchange our freege with new along with return of Rs.950/- which paid by us in above complain.
