[Resolved]  Videocon Group And Vadodara Central — No after sales service on purchase of air conditioners

Service not provided on air conditioner
1. My first complaint which still stands unresolved---- AC water leakage problem. Have sent sms to their number n number of times but still no resolution. Have talked to their phone banking but still no resolution.
Have mailed mailed them on the same but still no revert

2. My 2 nd Complaint--- Spark in my AC. Even such risky complaint has notyet been attended

3. Third Complaint--- NO free service done even in 6 months time. Complain number--- AHM[protected]. Your phone center team had committed on 08/08/10 that this will be resolved in 48 hours. More than 2 month has passed but no resolution. My wife had called up your call center and they had the audacity to say that they cant confirm by what date hey can resolve this as this is in the hand of the local dealer.

Have even mailed their Chairman but no revert till date

Such companies shuldnot be allowed to sell their products. Also request you have stricter norms for Malls which do sell electronic goods but fail to deliver on service as the service is in the hand of the local dealer one such mall being Vadodara Central from whee i had purcahsed this air conditioner
