[Resolved] Videocon GSM — Without request SMS services activated

I did a request on Vidiocon consumer representative on date 29/12/2010 regarding to close spicy jokes alert pack service and reamberment of my amount which is diducted by Company by without intimation or request. I got a case id[protected] and resolution date was mention 30 dec 14:00.
But till today this service is not deactivat .Today again some amount is deducted from my account automaticaly for this sms service. I want my money back in my account and deactivate this service with imidiate iffect.But there is no responce from Customer representative of company. I am also having recording of complain talk with customer care representative.
Kindly Please do action as soon as posible .

videocon gsm — Promotional calls and smses

Promotional calls and smses have not stopped on my nos-[protected] & [protected] though complained to the customer care dept several times. These nos are even registered in the NDNC registry. Please do the needful.
