We have bought a washing machine combi 6800 from Snehanjali Retail Shop at Mumbai, having two years warranty. But the machine starts troubling since one week. I called customer care. My complaint no. is Mum [protected]. After calling repeatedly, Videocon Service centre, 113A/B, Marol co-op industrial estate, Marol, Anderi(E)Ph.[protected], Propriter Mr. Jaiswal, has sent one technician to my home. He checked the machine and said problem is in timer part. He will replace it. Since then he has given me appointment timing and had not come. I called on Mr. R.Jaiswal, s mobile([protected]). As he is aware my problem and my all phone numbers, he is not receiving my calls.
I called up at call center who says that their work is to forward the complaint and they had done it and now there is no role for them.
Now the question comes WHY VIDEOCON IS GIVING THE SERVICING FRANCHISE TO IRRESPOSIBLE PERSONS LIKE MR. JAISWAL???
or COMPANY WANTS THAT PARTS IN WARRANTY PERIOD SHOULD NOT BE REPLACED???

my complaint number is BAN [protected] this is the 8th complaint number i think in 3 months time till date they have not rectified, nor they call & tell you the status if we call them & ask they ask for the complaint number & they say cooly that this complaint does not exist now because it is almost a week or fortnight now since you have lodged, so give another complaint now for further action.
See how our celeb's for a certain amount they endorse products & we will have to take pain.
if anyone by chance can paste this on Mr so called King Khan blog i will be really happy.
