PURCHASED ON : 08/06/2013. DEALER : THE BANWARILAL MARKETING NASHIK: SERVICING BY: SHREE SAMARTH SERVICES, AUTHORISED SERVCE PROVIDER.
THE DEALER HAS STAMPED THE COPIES OF THE CARDS IN THE SERVICES MANUAL BUT ADVISED NOT TO MAIL THE SERVICE CENTER COPY & CSO AURANGABAD COPY. THE FORMS ARE IN THE MANUAL.
THE MACHINE HAD TO BE SERVICES TWICE DURING THE TWO YEARS PERIOD. NOW SINCE 29TH AUGUST THE MACHINE IS ATTENDED 5 TIMES. IT WORKS WHEN ATTENDED & AGAIN THE NEXT DAY OR TWO DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. POWER SUPPLY BUTTON DOES NOT FUNCTION. HAVE PAID SERVICE CHARGE OF RS. 250/- NOW WE ARE TOLD THAT THE "GPS" PART IS REQUIRED TO BE REPLACED.
GRIEVANCES:
1) DOES THE "GPS" ( WHATEVER IS THAT) LIFE IS ONLY 2 YEARS & THREE MONTH & IS IT A COMMON PROBLEM?
2) WHAT IS THE ACTUAL PRICE OF THE SAID PART. THE SERVICE PROVIDER HAS SENT DIFFERENT PERSONS EACH OF THE 5 TIMES & WE HEAR DIFFERENT PRICES.
3) HAS THE COMPANY A POLICY OF ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR SERVICING AFTER WARRANTY PERIOD? HAS A CONTRACT FORM FOR THE SERVICING ? HOW WE CAN GET THE SAME? WHAT IS THE AMOUNT FOR SUCH SERVICE
