Videocon Industries Ltd. — my d2h subscription gives signal not available error from last 1 month

My d2h connection works only 2-20 minutes and then starta showing "signal not available error". I have registered complaint and paid 140 rs to d2h engineer sent by company. But still there is no improvememt and same problem exists. I have registered complaint from 7 says but still the issue is not resolved. Please do the needful asap, otherwisw I will leave this irritating d2h connection and move to another operator. My customer id is 26125477 and registered mobile number is [protected]
