[Resolved]  Videocon Industries Ltd. — Non service of product under AMC

I took AMC for vediocon washing machine model Muli 6800 from company's franchisee M/S West Delhi Service Centre effective date from 12.11.2007 to 11.11.2010 ie for 3 years.
Later on the services under AMC were being undertaken by company's own service centre.
Now suddendly one of the technician who visited for service has disowned the contract with M/S West Delhi Service Centre and has said that this is not valid.
I lodged acomplaint to there senior officers sitting in there BPO centre but till date no action has been initiated.For reference of complaint my Mobile no is [protected]
