I HAVE PURCHASED A D2H LCD FROM NEXT SHOWROOM BILL NO. 063531 DATED 05.12.2009 .AFTER TWO MONTHS OF PURCHASING LCD AUTOMATICALLY SWITCHS OFF AGAIN & AGAIN .WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THEY SEND AN SERVICE ENGINEER OF D2H WHICH REPLIED THAT IT IS PROBLEM OF SERVICE ENGINEER LCD .AFTER THAT WHEN HARDWARE ENGINEER CAME HE SAID THAT IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM IT’S D2H ENGINEER PROBLEM IT HAPPENED SO MANY TIMES.LIKE THAT TIME OF WARRANTY PASSED & NOW THEY ARE ASKING TO REPALCE A PART OF LCD WORTH Rs 8000 BECAUSE YOUR SET IS OUT OF WARRANTY .SOME DAYS BEFORE A SERVICE ENGINEER CAME AND ASKED US TO RECHARGE D2H THE WE WILL HANDLE THE COMPLAINT AFTER RECHARGING ALSO PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED.NOW SERVICE ENGINEER IS NOT REPONDING OUR PHONE .PLEASE HELP US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE IT IS MATTER OF RS 30000.MOBILE NO.
