[Resolved] Videocon / Lcd Tv — defective lcd panel | |||
sir, i have purchased a lcd tv of videocon on october 2011. after a month (within warrenty period) few straight line is visible. i`ve made complain, company`s serviceman came and after checking it, he told that the lcd panel is defective and it will be replaced within a week. from then onwards till now no one is willing to tell that when it will be replaced (after my several complaints). sir i `m very distressed, and please help me. prosenjit roy,8a and 8b, k.b.c road,kolkata-700028.west bengal phone-[protected], [protected]. Videocon / Lcd Tv — COMPANY IS NOT PROVIDING SERVICE AT ALL.
Res, Sirwe purchase one LCD of videocon from YAMUNA ELECTRONICS, PORBANDAR, GUJARAT .
MODEL NO.VCDBL32HBAL.
SERIAL NO.[protected].
PURCHASE DATE. : 28/09/2009.
as we trust videocon as very good brand and very good quality products so we bought one LCD. but in 7 months LCD got out of order.. so we complaint our dealer about it.. so he said like videocon's service engineer will come and check it... but since last 15 or more days none of service engineer came.. our dealer is good person he has given us a stand by tv from his shop..
but till today my problem is not solved...
i m requesting u to do favor me and if company can not repair my LCD, then company must exchange me with new LCD.

Given complaint on 24/01/09, complaint no.BAN[protected].Every day following up with the customer care.They are saying tommorrow they will come & attend..Till now nobody has called me.The product is still under warranty.After a long wait, really got frustated.I want to approach the consumer court.
