Videocon LCD TV — Misguided And cheated by dealer

I purchased Videocon LCD TV on 29 July 2010. Before purchasing Dealer assured me that you eill get 1 year D2H Subsription Free on purchasing of this TV.
Actually after Installation of D2H he gave me only 6 Months subsciption Free. When i asked him.he told me that i assured you by mistake.
i.e. he cheated me for selling his product.
