[Resolved]  Videocon LCD TV — product not serviced after so many complaints

i have purchased a videocon lcd from easy day store jalandhar and got confirmation of best service ever. i installed it in ludhiana but after 3-4 days it stopped working and from then it is more than 20 days and despite of registering complaints i have not get response and my product worth rs.20000 is still unused.
kindly take some initiative.
