[Resolved]  Videocon Mobile — Sim lost request for block number

Dear sir,
i am requesting to you that my videocon no.[protected] is lost. I call the customer care executive and they assured to me that your mobile sim will be blocked after 24 hour they gave me complain number 72947370. Still now after 15 days the sim is active.
Kindly help me out and treat this most urgent.
