Iam having vediocon prepaid sim no - [protected] for which Rs.395.00 has been recharged this month of dec'2011, From yesterday (26.12.2011) without any reason service provider has barred my incoming & out going calls, I have tried the customer care (198,121) "N" number of time but the reply is " The V-help customer executive is currently busy". Today morning(27.12.2011), I spoke to grievance cell ([protected]) two times but the customer executive says " system is slow we can't able to get the data of yours". I had written a mail to their customer service at [protected]@vediocon.com mentioning the above statement.They simply replied me that your address proof is negative. Since I have been using the sim past six months & above. Since i receive all official call to this number I am really got up set. If they would rejected my application before getting the sim card. It would be much better.Please help me in this regards.
