SMS reception barred to the number [protected] for more than two months, After making repeated complaints to the customer care support eight times, i called the nodal officer Videocon mobile connection on 21 April, 2011. Complaint, I am not able to receive sms from any number, I have changed the handset, also deleted all messages. still i am not getting any sms Was this information helpful? | |||
