I am using Videocon Mobile pre paid mobile No. [protected] since 30th June, 2010.To confirm the name of customer who's name this mobile is registered I call at customer care No. The Sr. Customer care Exe. replayed that we having no details that who's name this mobile is registered. The Sr. Customer care officer provided me mobile no of Nodal officer. When I call nodal officer she replayed same that we having no record of customer who's name this mobile no is registered. Than I lodge written complint on email of Nodal officer and Appellant officer. I receved mobile call from appellant office, he replyied same that we have no record that who's name this mobil no is registerd
Now questions are that:
1. If Videocon mobile do not having details of customer, whay this mobile no is active since last 5 months?
2. in absance of details of customers and proper record of customer, on which ground Videocon mobile had activated this mobile no.
3. One more person is claiming that this mobile no. is my mobile no, How I will prove that this mobile no is registered in my name.
It is true that this is grave negligency and violation of TRAI guidelines from videocon mobile that they do naot having details of customer's who's name this mobile is registered. Was this information helpful? |
