[Resolved]  Videocon / Mobile Handset Charger — Component Defect

Dear Sir
I am customer of Videocon Mobile, I have perched a mobile (V1675) IMEI :[protected]
but after one month charger is damage. This is first time in my life in one month mobile charger is come to not working condition and also this is my first Videocon Mobile. I am so busy, I don't have time to visit your service center. I have called your customer call center, I talk to Miss. Suchita but, she refuse to help me and give me the email Id and sad mail us on this ID , she is also refuse to forward my complain.
So kindly surges me, How my problem will be solved
