hi all, i have purchased a v1655 mobile 1 year back, it chargin cord got damaged six month back, since then i have been searching for the same. i have approached there customer care over phone for n number of times, they have redirected me to there service centre, there servic centre told we dont deal in spares, spares are not available. i have communicated with support @udcl.in, they told some one will contact me for resolving my complaint but till date even after passing 10 days no one has contacted me. i cant understand how such a global brand can be such ignorent towards customer grievence. i want to esclate my complaint to the nodel grievence officer level but the cusotmer support is not providing me email/ contact number of the nodel grievencee officer, when i talk to the cusotmer care number he told he dont no any one beyond [protected]@udcl.in. its a big shame on videocon. i promise in my whole life i will not purchase any product of videocon and will also suggest the same to all my friends/ relatives. if any one is having there nodel grievence officer email/ number kindly pass on to me.
