[Resolved]  Videocon Mobile — insert sim & button

Dear sir,
I have purchased videocon mobile dt.july,2010 from Mondal Sound ,Mondalpara , North 24 Parganas ,Pin-743244 after 15 daysI was getting to some problem such as insert sim and button problem . So I submitted that to your service centre .Now Sir my complaint is that whenever I tried to get my mobile which is pending from last month. then evrey time people of service center lied to me and always promise that your cell will come till next week.Now this’s too much. Provide me the better solution. so I shall be highly obliged to you.
