[Resolved] Videocon Mobile Operator — Wrong Balance Deduction | |||
I am a videocon sim card. I use my phone to make internationala calls to USA. For which i have recharged my number with rs. 57, which gives you plan to make calls for 1p per sec(informed by videocon executive). i made few calls to USA numbers & i was charged 1p/sec, but for the next calls they charged me 50rs per call. I called their customer care on 09 nov 2010 & registered a complaint to get refund(no complaint number was provided) Again next day i recharged my phone with 222 & made calls to USA number(for my business purpose) after few calls i was charged rs 250/- for 5 minutes. And my balence was left with 5rs. Due to this inconvinience i had a loss of $1600 in my business because i was not able to call my client due to wrong deduction of my balence.. I again called on 10 nov 2010& registered a complaint against them.(again no complaint # provided) & i was promised that i will get a call on same day before 4 pm(which i never did) I then called the customer care & asked the executive to transfer to their Manager. After a hold of 29 minutes my call was disconnected. Then i again called & asked for manager & again same thing happened after a long hold of 21 minutes. This happened 5 time continously & at last my call was transfered somewhere & then i got a voicemail. I am totally frustrated by this attitude by Videocon & wants to claim Rs 100000 for mental harrasment & money loss. Kindly investigate & help. I am ready for all co-operation.
