I have purchase a videocon mobile phone handset modle no.-v1675 on 10/04/2010 (Sat.).but get the problem of front speaker which volume is very slow on 12/04/2010.I took my mobile to to the retailer shop but he told me that u can get only this much sound of the speaker & i[censored] want to get check of your mobile than go to ASC of videocon & i went there on13/04/2010 & after two days i get a call frm ASC that he gave me DOA certificate & seal packed my mobile and gave it to me & told me to go to purchase place of mobile now and i went there but retailer has told me that he & dealer have no stock of videocon mobile modle no.-v1675.Regarding this i had sent a lots of mail to the company but no response..........The mail i sent to the company are the following......

As per my mobile issue call id-SS1-VG[protected]DW.I receive a call frm Singh Sons Communications(ASC Videocon) on 15/04/2010 & he inform me for DOA Certification whic he gave me when i reach there & i took the DOA & mobile kit and i went to retailer shop(Intouch Planet WZ-189 Sadh Nagar Palam Colony N.Delhi) frm were i purchase my mobile but i did not get the replacement of mobile.He informed me that there is not any stock of videocon v-1675 & also told me that not any stock of v-1675 at dealer side & told me to came after 3 to 4 days till the stock fulfill than he gave me handset.regarding to this he talk to Mr.TIMMY owner of videocon ASC & he explain same things to timmy also.Now what i can do tomorrow(16/04/2010) iam going to out of city & came back on 26/04/2010.
So i requesting u to understand my problem it is very urgent
and today18/04/2010 i sent a next mail to the company that is.......................
