[Resolved]  Videocon Mobile Service — Deduction of Balance

My mother is using videocon sim no-[protected]
last month there was a deduction of Rs.30 for an unknown service activated(DON'T KNOW HOW!!)
I called 198 on the same day,ur executive shailendra singh chauhan talked rudely to me,and assuming me to be unsatisfied,he even agreed with me to complain to TRAI against the whole matter
I want you to look into that matter and return my Rs.30 balance back

Moreover I bought a Rs.65 voucher for the same no,and was promised to get Rs.10 for 5 Sundays after getting Rs.55 in 2 days,I didnt receive this balance on last sunday i.e March 20,2011
Please don't fraud us anymore and return the whole balance AS SOON AS possible.

sir my balance has deducted and a some music plane caller tune has activated in my number without my permission and deduct my balance of Rs.60 in last 20 days. i have already complained 31/03/2011 but my complained registred in 02/04/2011(Case ID[protected] but not solved my complaint till now. & Second complained 18/09/2011 (case ID5341871).

i have already DND services activated 31/03/2011.but this services fully activated 10/04/2011.
Your representetive missbehaviour he says to me that you received call & press button but sir DND facilities active . please sir concidered my application & solved my problume

30 Rs 30/03/2011 about 10:00 PM to 11:00PM
30 Rs 18/04/2011 about 06:00 PM to 06:30PM
