Dear Sir, i have just bought a new card of videocon & recharged an sms pack of RS. 32 which gives 500 free sms per day but when i sms, 1 Rs charges cut from balance & even their toll free no. 121, if i sms on that also Rs 1.50 cuts from my balance, so please look forward to my complaint and try to give my balance back which they have deducted from my balance...

My mobile no. is [protected]. My concern is that, when I am calling from other mobile service provider to on my videocon mobile no.[protected], then videocon service is telling that "Please check the Number". But when I am calling from Videocon mobile service to my videocon mobile no. then no issue for incoming calls. This issue is coming at only my office place i.e. Sai Village, Panvel, Dist. Raigad. It means I am not accepting any incoming calls from other mobile service providers in the above said place. Pls. solve this issue ASAP.

they are deduct my balance. i have not subscribe any service although they deduct 30 rs from my balance.i complained so many time but they are not resolve it..


they gave me resolution date also, but they not solved the problem till now.

i recently got new mobile connection..after a month i recharged with rs.50..within few days of recharge i got a message that my request for caller tune is activated and my balance will be reduced by rs.30..
now d actual position was i did not request for any of such tune..then too my balance was cut..i even did not get any caller tune..then i dialled 121 for greivance..but in that no option to register any complaint or to talk to customer care executive was available..i tried dis for 100 times..i even visited videocon mobile site for help..but i did not get any..and now on 29th dec 2010 when i again recharged my phone with rs.50..i again received d same message and again now my balance is reduced..
i am tiered with this non-sense
i want my money back!!!

my videocon mobile no. is [protected] i recharged Rs.17(*123*2*16 digit pin,and # ) for making call 25 paise per min on 22/05/2011,card is activated but service still not activated to my mobile phone of 25 paise per min, so i called to customer care 121, he replied me your account for Rs.17 is not activated so I asked how to recharge, he tell me *122*16 digit pin,and # massage come your card is not active.my card serial no[protected]. Please help me to get card recharge. Thanks. my current mobile no.[protected]

My balance got deducted without any prior information , first they deducted 30 Rs and after 6 days they deducted Rs 15 again , this is one of the worst money making strategies by Videocon , this should be banned .

Sir/Mem,

videocon mobile service company had been changed my tariff PLAN without informed me.

I have all ready recharge my tariff with 39 rupee for 1yers to all over indea in 1pesa per second. Now a last month it will changed my tariff with out going on land line number. And company does not response with my complaint.

And Last two days I can't send my sms by this service with sms pack.

so please help on this my PROBLEM. Please solve this problem fast as fast by you.
