[Resolved]  Videocon Mobile Service — No service on helpline email & 121

I am Videocon mobile service Gsm prepaid Card user.my no is [protected]
In this company there is no customer care service for its users(consumers) because,
I am & many its consumers calls are not answered in helpline no 121 & 198 and no reply is given to its customers in Email,
and when i approached a local shop who recharge for its service accepted that "no service is there in this company''
and balance is deducted for Non demanded service

Any users or person facing same complain or somewhat like this,so Pls give suggestion
