Videocon Mobile Service — deduction of money

Charges of Rs.30/- for Caller tune are deducted without my concern.
On complaining I was told that i was lying and that it was me who activated the caller tune when my cell on that day got discharged after 5p.m. and no incoming or outgoing was made after 5p.m. till next day 7a.m.
Many times my on going call with the customer care executive was disconnected without any reason.
I wasn't allowed to talk with the supervisor or any other concerned person for further justification on the above issue.

I got the same kind of response earlier when my outgoing facility was disabled for a couple of days at the time I got 3600 seconds of free talk time and no compensation was made.

In both the cases my account on their screen sawed a different status then reality.
Their screen sawed : -
1)It was me who activated the caller tune.
2)Outgoing facility was enabled.
WHEN THIS IS NOT TRUE.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

Dear sir/madam,
i have videocone mobile service but there are lots of problem with this . sometimes network gets cutoff for many hours. without any subscription they are giving cricket updates and charging Rs.30 per month and also broker tips charging Rs. 7 per week. even i assign to DND on 1909 but still m getting lots o[censored]nwanted calls
i complaint to customer care but no solution.
i tried online deactivation but could not get any help online.

kindly help me as it is not tolerable anymore

Videocon — frequently deducting money from mobile

i am a prepaid customer of videocon mobile service,

i hereby want to complaint that from past two weeks this

videocon mobile service is frequently deducting money without any reason from my

balance(recharged amount).

kindly help me in this matter and do the needful by stopping this amount deducting .And also kindly refund the amount debited from my mobile number.I have enclosed my mobile number

this to inform you last time unsub my caller tune which you had done my mobile no.[protected] i am unhappy with the service so unsub the unwanted caller tune otherwise i have to discontinued your service i will use this service in future ever kindly do this.

We would Like to inform you that on 19.06.2012 we have received messege from you regarding deduction of Rs.40 for caller tunes which i have not subscribed to. So i Want to know that why these type of irresponsible deduction are made to my account..???

We are also dissatisfied with your custmer care services as i am trying die hard to contact to you but it is not geting connected

and Please also activate DND Service On My number[protected]
