[Resolved] Videocon Mobile Service Provider — caller tune issue automatic started

my name is naresh my mobile number is [protected]. Videocon company is automaticed started caller tune and cut Rs.30 from my main balance last month i have complian many times but there is no response from company and before 2 days ago i also stopped my caller tune the company person says to me your callertune is stopped with 24hours but the caller is not stop and again my RS.30 is cut from my main balance and i call to company but they didn't give me right answer so i made this complain against videocon mobile service provide. pls do something about this matter

Dear Sir

I had the videocon sim in you had provide the caller tune but due to insufficent balance that caller tune is not provide to me & my Rs.30/-is also deducted by balance, till toaday date i am not get the caller tune on my phone even i had echarge and i had balance of Rs.39/-, i had dai to 121 customer care they had told me to sms to 50005 the film name & song i had done it 10 time but some errors message is received by me like.system%20experience%20some%20error%20please%20try%20later.this message i had received all the time
so to say but i am not happy with your service
i want the result, caller tune form sadma film song: aye zindagi gale laga le

if you wont give the caller tune today then please give my RS.30/- which you had deducted.my name is Nilakshi Patil Mobile.no.[protected]

same is happening with me they are auto subscribing my phone with caller tunes and deducting money from my pre-paid account. there services are very bad. they are fraud too.
