For my number I didn't activated any cricket alert services, they activated them-self and debited Rs.30 from my balance. When I talked with videocon customer care they accepted to refund Rs.30 within next day morning,but after 1 week also it was not refunded. When I called again they not responding and also not attending the calls.Also Videocon network coverage is also not so good as they advertised.

Kindly do favour to get my hard earned money Rs.30 to my number again.

Videocon Mobile Service — Deduction of Rs. 30/- for songs

Without making any preference for any service of Videocone mobile I today got a message that suggests that "Your subscription has been processed at Rs. 30 for a month. Now enjoy listening to your favourite music for 100 mins."

It is a loot from any angle. CEO of such a shabby company should be put behind bars.
he should get a refund
Deducted Rs.40 for non activated cricket alert services
For my number I didn't activated any cricket alert services, they activated them-self and debited Rs.30 from my balance.

Prior to this Rs.10 was deducted for the same...
and there is no link or number to unsubsribe the same on ur site...

The customer care number doesn't work, and by chance if it did, they don't respond.

Videocon Mobile Services — a wrong deduction of balance by activating song

sir a wrong deduction of balance is found on my number [protected] of videocon mobile services.
a deduction of rs 45 is done by operator for a song " aaj phir tum pe pyar aaya he" which i dont subscribe. so kindly go through the operator
I AM 80 YEARS OLD MAN. I PURCHASE A VIDEOCON NO. AFTER 3 DAYS THEY ACTIVATED THEM-SELF A PUNJABI SONG "RAN BOTAL WARGI". & RS. 30/- DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. MY FAMILY MEMBER TELL ME A CALLER TUNE ACTIVATED ON YOUR MOBILE. FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION I DONT KNOW HOW ACTIVATE A CALLER TUNE SERVICE. ALSO THEY DEDUCTED RS.5/- DAILY FROM MY ACCOUNT.

In reference to the above subject I (RAJESH) have a small complaint regarding your services.
I do receive call when i disconct a caller tune automaticaly get activat im charg for that when im try to deactivate this service vas also told me that they are also not do anything
.on my phone no. [protected] when. Now and when I called up your people on 121 i was unable to connect the call.
Now I request you to deactivate the cricket pack and refund the amount and kindly stop your flash messages because I don't need any VAS pack.

Respected Sir/Madam

I am "Deepak Kumar". I have to do complaints about the videocon service provider. I don't know how they are activated cricket alerts on my mobile number.To deactive the cricket alerts I tried many times to contact the customers care of the videocon service provider. But they are not giving response. The videocon customer care number always says busy and call after some times. Please take action immedaitely as soo as possible.

    Videocon — Always Delay in service

    I was purchase a VIDEOCON WASHING MACHINE in a month of June 2009 the waranty is still thare but the mashigh is making problem from start and there engeenears are so slow whenener they not get many reminder they didnt come to repare.         On 2nd of Feb 2011 i m given me Videocon handset for repair at their mobile repair center and they committed me Ur handset is dead and company will issue a new handset on behalf of repaired hand set on 16 feb 2011 AND
        On 16 Feb 2011 when i m collected my new hand set than he say ur hand set is broken internally and now its out of warranty and u have to pay Rs 450 for its display charges , when i m again call on 1 march 2011 than he say ur handset is not reparing and not repaired in future also its completely dead ..............
        Videocon's after sales services is very poor................

          I bought a new videocon phone on 6th Jan 2011 and so far it remained in service center for more than 3 weeks and have done enough follow up. Neither phone is fixed nor replaced. I have enough follow up with them for last one month.They don't even remember the customer who is writing an email to the service.

            Against Skoda’s Unethical Conduct

            Dear Fellow,

            I have recently had a terrible experience with Skoda which has costed me a lot of money, harassment and still an unreliable Skoda Superb car. Astonishingly, The Skoda Company is hands-in-gloves with its Dealerships & Authorized Workshops, who are given a free-hand to exploit customers and fleece them mercilessly by Skoda itself.

            I empathize with the similar exploitation inflicted on you by Skoda and hence urge you to not let it just be at the hands of foreign companies, who think of India as a dumping ground and Indian Customers a bunc of weak, uneducated .

            I am creating a forum of 100 similar sufferers who can together jointly address our issues with Skoda to apt regulatory, media, public and rating agencies till we get a resolution.

              I have purchased a Videocon mobile model No: V-1305 on 6-7-2010 from Saravana Stores, T.Nagar, Chennai. Despite its very less usage, it got a motherboard related issue in the month of November 2010. I submitted the same to an autherised service center of Videcon, RT Outsourcing on 30-Nov-2010. Nearly three months they did not returned my handset rectified. I have sent so many mails and called so many times directly to their customercare, but no use. The service center (RT) was forcing me from the second week onwards, when ever I enquire about the status, to talk to the customercare because they also did not get any reply from the department concerned. So many '72 hrs deadline' was promised by their custmercare people with an assured call back, but nothing happened till date. Mentioning the same, I have sent a mail to their Nodal officer on 24-Feb-2011 as a threaded email with all the previous mail attached to it. On[protected], I got his reply, rediculously asking me to contact the customercare. I have last three recordings of the conversations with them. Now my demand is 'they must replace me with a new handset, because it won't be a near to compensation to my pain and strain suffered. I have given enough time to them, and it seems, they just respond when we call, and forget about our complaint the next moment. They never have any parts to rectify any problem (their usual excuse for delay). What shall I do further in this regard? Please help

                I had bought Videocon’s IGBT Sine Wave Inverter model Eco tech 850 with 30 months waranty with their battery 150 AH on[protected]. After being repaired and replaced 5 times in 7 months the Inverter has again stopped working. After an intervention from a consumer forum last time, the battery was replaced with the assurance that in case of any more problems the set will be taken back and money will be reimbursed. By now I have contacted all of their senior officials. The same indifference is being displayed again, despite 10 days passage, no response has been given.

                How many times can one Inverter be replaced? In January Mr Anuj, an authorized engineer had replaced the battery saying it had a manufacturing defect. The continuous breakdowns however prove that the product is completely defective and not usable. In such a scenario, I am requesting you to kindly intervene on my behalf and get me my hard earned money back from a callous and careless company with no after sales service and defective products.

                    I do receive flash messages from your side for different offers and packs and in all messages you have only one option to activate that ok button.
                    when phone is idle and i press my left selection key your packs automatically get activated and i am charged for that.
                    Today this is 2nd time ( 1st it was valentine love pack which was accidently got activated on my phone no. [protected]) when i pressed left key i got a message thank you for activating cricket pack and again you have deducted my a/c balance. Now and when I called up your people on 121 he transferred my line to another dept. and as usual after transferring the line nobody picks up the call.
                    Now I request you to deactivate the cricket pack and refund the amount and kindly stop your flash messages because I don't need any VAS pack.

                    Videocon — Cricket pack and refuse offer

                    I am a subscriber of Videocon mobile (Prepaid) no.[protected] . But on 24.3.2011 company has subscribe cricket pack without any request. Than I made a call to their customer care & really dis-satisfied by their executive on same day. Co. is refusing to refund the subscription charges even after conversation after 2-3 times. Sir even no one of my family member is intterested in game like cricket. and i got following message recharge within 2 days for Rs.45 and get talk value of RS.50. Also enjoy all local and STD calls at 25 paise for one month. i confirm customer care before recharge. But all outgoing call charged narmal rate now customer care executive refuce this offer. Please look into the matter & just take care of other peoples who can't afford like this but they wants to b in touch with their nears & dears...........

                        You can get the details of the complain from these above complain id. Also I am giving the details.

                        A service called Love Express is activated automatically around 20 days back and some amount was deducted from my prepaid account. I never activated this, it was activated automatically by Videocon only. I called to customer care immediately for this and nothing is happened, Then I called your nodal office, here also nothing is happened, last I called to appellate officer and the person name is Asmita Borse on 16th of Feb. She told me issue will be resolved within 2 days but till now nothing is happened. Again I called on 21th Feb and your appellate officer (Asmita Borse) told it may be resolved within 48 hours. In between this that LOVE Express service is renewed and again some amount is deducted. Till now nothing is resolved.

                        I asked for the immediate deactivation of this service as well as refund for this unauthorized deduction. Its already renewed 2nd time and its not yet deactivated. And within next two day again it will be renewed if you unable to stop this services.

                        Also your appellate officer (Asmita Borse) is not able to give any replay on this, only she is repeating this one sentence- Complain has been forwarded to back-end department and she can not do anything now. Even she disconnecting the call by telling this line only.

                          videocon against unwanted dedected my account Rs.60.
                          From last two months there are unwanted deduction of rupees from my balance amount such as Rs.15, 30 and etc three to four time in a month.with out any information given to me automatically.

                          Many time discussion with your customer care regularly from last two months but there are no positive response and refund of balance given to me.

                          Now there are last warning to you please give me the proper solution for the same with in 48 Hrs. other wise you lost your videocon customer because expect this there are no solution for me.

                            With reference to my Videocon CDMA Mobile -V1425 EMI no. [protected], date of purchase[protected], this is to note that the same was not working properly and was submitted at their service centre M/s Taipan Electronics, 12, Prashant Sadan, Eksar Road, Bhabai Naka, Borivali west, Mumbai on Jan 11, 2011 ( Call ID: TE-1-VG[protected]DW) but the same was returned back to me on Jan 27, 2011 without repairs. The reason given for the same was that their service centre is cancelled by Videocon and advised me to visit another centre at Mira Road. When I visited their service centre located at Mira Road, I got surprised to note when they told me that my mobile has gone out of warranty as the earlier service centre has used some liquid which is sub-standard and not allowed to use by Videocon.
                            It’s very disgusting that their service centre is using something which is not allowed by them. How is it customer’s responsibility to check the same? I gave my mobile at their authorised service centre and not aware and even not concerned that what process they use.
                            I tried to contact Videocon Customer Care by various means, every time they assured that they would look into the matter but no action taken by them in last one month.

                                I had brought Videocon Fully Automatic Top Loading washing machine on 25/12/2009 from Greater Noida which is under warranty. Now on 3rd Feb there was a problem with machine, which was reported to there customer support department (Complaint No. GHA[protected]). Engineer Pramod visited our place on same day i.e 3rd February 2011 at 6:00 pm and told us that machine needs to be taken to workshop for repair for which company will send a tempo. On 5th February Saturday the machine was picked up by HI-TECH SERVICES AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE for Videocon B-14, Sector-64, Noida No.[protected],[protected], [protected]. The person gave us a slip and took the machine.
                                After this the company had closed the complaint from there end with a remark that the person did not responded to our call. After 5 days on 10th February we called up to know the status of the machine and we were given another new as they didn't knew how the complaint got closed after picking up the machine (complaint no. GHA[protected]) but the machine is still pending.
                                We are calling them on daily basis to know when the machine will be returned back but the nos. they are giving either nobody responds on those nos. or they are unavailable and all mobiles have been switched off.
                                The consumer service toll free no.[protected] is the only no. which responds where they are not able to give the information and only thing they say is we have put your call on top priority someone will contact you soon but again there is no respond.
                                Kindly help us to get the thing sorted out as it has already been 13 days when the machine is missing.

                                  I had purchased a Videocon D-240 refrigerator on the 23 Nov-2008( Bill attached). This refrigerator was installed in Jan 2009. Since it's installation it has encountered multiple failures of different nature within the warranty period . In one of the job cards dated 22/08/2009 ( Scanned copy attached) I had made an observation that the refigerator has encountered trouble four times in the last six months and within the warranty period which compels me to loos faith over the product and had requested Videocon to either change the fridge or extend the warranty. But this fell on deaf ears and no action was taken. The fridge again created trouble in Jan 2010 and an engineer visited me. Even then I had written to Videocon about the faulty and erratic nature of the product but to no avail. The fridge has again encounterd trouble and I lodged a complaint again complaint no. GHA[protected] dtd 30-jan-2011 the engineer visited and identified that the gas needs recharging. Refer the attached Job card dated 22/08/2009 the gas was recharged within the warranty period and I am surprised that fridge needs anual gas recharging.. I am appalled by the attitude of Videocon that despite writing so many emails to them and phone calls they respond in their usual manner and no senior level executive has talked to me or tried to understand my trouble. Please hel in this Regards. I will be grateful.

                                    I purchased a VIDEOCON Handset model No. V1425 in the month of August 2010 its a dual sim mobile.

                                    In the month of december onwards there is frequent problem of Key Paid Not Working And Charging problem...

                                    I had given for servicing to the authorized service centre namely ACCEL FRONTLINE services twice during the month of december, infact literally it was in the service centre for the whole month but could not get any permenant solution till date.

                                    I have also made a complaint to the VIDEOCON CUSTOMER CARE in the Last 2 month stating the problems i have been facing due to the faulty hand set. They adviced me to report to the same authorized dealer once more but that too i found of no use.

                                    I would like to request you please do the needful to change the handset and take some stern action to provide me the justice.

                                      I have purchased a Videocon 34″ Jumbo TVs on 13/12/2007 from a Dealer of Video con Company M/s NEXT RETAIL SHOP on 13/12/2007. Under Scheme “Mano Ya Na Mano”. In which Video con Guarantees & Promise us on purchase on each JUMBO TV give us Bond that after completion of 2 years & 11 month from purchase Date Company gives Free 32″ Plasma LCD from date of purchase on each JUMBO 34″ TVs. Dealer have Charged Total Rs 19990/-for each set. In which
                                      Rs.12990/- for TVs Cost & Rs 7000/- Security against Bond issued in lieu of Plasma 32″ LCD.
                                      Now after Completion of 2 years & 11 month from date of
                                      purchase on each TVs we gone to Dealer for get 32″ free Plasma LCD. He denies us & Says talk to Company. On the time of sale of this Scheme dealer not clear this thing that Company Issued directs LCD to us. Now when we talk
                                      direct to the company people they told that we have to pay Rs 4980 against local taxes and transportation. This is not fair that a company promised us a 32 inches plasma lcd at free of cost and mentioned that we have to bear the local taxes and transportation in the bond.

                                      Videocon — Maano Ya na Mano Offer

                                      Hello,

                                      I am also a victim of Videocon's Maano Ya Na Maano offer. Three years ago, they took Rs. 7000/- for a bond which entitled me a 32" Plasma Television. Eventually when the scheme matured, they told consumers who had subscribed to this to pay up additional 4000+ rupeees to get a useless plasma panel that can be at the best used in Railways stattions. This plasma at additional 4000+ rupees would get you a panel without AV in and without even a REMOTE CONTROL!

                                      If you wanted a Decent plasma with remote you had to shell out Rs. 16990/- additionally.

                                      Now nearly 4 years later, and six months after they took Rs. 16,990/- they are giving a new spin to people that they no longer make Plasma TVs (This from a company which even today is the LEADER in MAKING MUCH OLDER PICTURE TUBE TECHNOLOGY) and they are also propagating that any vendors like Panasonic and LG and Samsung selling these are all trying to fool people!

                                      The same Mr. Salunke Mentioned in Many complaints here in this forum, has been speaking to me on telephone tried to sell me AC and other products instead, for which I disagreed because I don't have a need. He even asked me to go for LED panel at additional cost, but I already have an LED panel.

                                      Now, the company has only agreed to refund the 16990/- additional money taken from us and Salunke has stopped receiving my calls. [I came to know that he is the HEAD OF VIDEOCON AURANGABAD only from this forum] He has told his receptionist not to entertain calls from me, and has asked her to inform me that I can forget my 7000 Rs I paid for the bond! Now since last 2-3 days I have been trying to reach him and he has neither called back nor is his receptionist willing to give me his direct number.

                                      They have sent the BOND paper and DD for Rs.16,990/- back and have told me on telephone that I can forget about the Rs. 7000/- paid for the bond three years ago unless I buy their AC or Fridge or LED TV!!!!!!!!!

                                      I feel sad that this was a brand I personally promoted about 10 years ago as it was an Indian company, but today it is rotten and is cheating its CONSUMERS with impunity. I am formally approaching Consumer Courts now after this frustration because the company is cheating people from their hard earned Rs.7000/- they took three years ago!

                                      I am also working with an advocate who fights cases in consumer courts to pursue this further. Even if it costs me some additional money, I am willing to take this to its logical end.

                                        To inform you that i bought a new videocon split ac model no.- VKS 52CE1 on 28/11/09 & after 2 month there was a problem with cooling & regarding this we had informed the customer care & the technician came from the service dept for repair & he found there was problem with the leakage of gas & then he filled accordingly & it was working, the technician assure that there will not be any problem further.But now- 2 days before (on 8/02/11) when i checked the ac having the same problem of cooling & the same i complain through the toll free & the service dept respond to it in time,today the technician came & check it found the same problem of gas leakage. & said there will be charge of Rs.2100.00 (Rs.1500.00 for gas filling,Rs.350 technician charges & Rs.250 for transportation) towards the repairing of it.But i could not able to get about the transportation charges & even not satisfied with the performance of the AC.
