[Resolved]  Videocon Mobile Services — Sim swapping is not done in three days

My videocon sim was not working. I went to videocon office mall road.At their office a madame gave me a new sim and said i will activate at evening. but on evening it was not activated. then next day I went to their office again then she again said me it will activate at evening. then again it was not activated i call them at evening they said me it will activate at 7.30 pm but it was not working on 7.30 pm. i call back them there was not any person to receive the call.this company is cheating consumers by giving cheap plans.When customer go to them with their complaints they have no solutions. Today i call them they still today said it will activate at evening.
