Videocon Mobile V1306 — no battery backup at least for 15m | |||
HI this is sandeep... i recently brought new videocon v1306 mobile..by using which i got lot problems.. basically the main thing i want 2 complaint about is the phone is not even having 15 min battery backup .. even if the charging is for 5 hours.. so please please dont prefer videocon mobile .. Videocon Mobile V1306 — Bad Service + Bad Handset
First, the mobile V1306 is so worse that the LCD screen cracks only because the mobile slips from my hand, the upper glass remaining intact. And there is no warranty replacement for this.Now, since I have given the mobile for repairing at H.G.Services, Gurgaon on[protected], Invoice No. 137.
Till date the fone is not repaired and he says it will take another 10 days, on asking for complaint number he doesn't generate one.
