[Resolved]  Videocon Mobile V1602 — service care

This Adarsh Pandey. I had purchased a Videocon mobile (V1602). I had an issued with my camera. It is clearly mention that it had 2 MP camera,but it seems to be VGA type quality of camera.Most disappointed part of this mobile was its service care.Reddiculas service support given by them. I was very disappointed when i had purchased this mobile after 1 week it had mic problem. I had visited videocon service center he had taken almost 2 week time to resolve it, after that again it had an issue with it key pad the 0 button is not working as well its charger was also not picking up.I had again visited the service center again i had very disappointed with the service care. The service center officer is said it will be ok in 1 day you will collect it tomorrow evening between 5-6 pm. But the problem was not solved in three days. It was again a bad experience for me.Really very very bad experience.
