Sub : Complaint about malfunctioning of handset within warranty period.

Sir,

This is regarding my mobile handset V1655 model,i have been using the handset since 7 months as of now and i am facing a continuos problem o[censored]nmanned switching off,in my handset after intermittent 15 mins.

I had already brought it to the companys notice twice as of which i had been provided with some repairs to my handset regarding the same issue but the problem still persist,this has been repeated twice,but i am afraid to inform that the problem still exists.

Regarding the latest of my inquiries and complaints put forward to the company i have not received any satisfactory feedback or assistance,hence i am writing down this mail to you.

videocon handset — Facing same problem in my handset,videocon,mobile v1655

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to informe you that this is my second complaint to the same matter, in past time complaint i have rec. the new hand-set dated 18/03/2011 from Aditi Enterprises Indore (M.P.)

My complaint is that touch screen is not proper working when meomory card is insert and seen water patch type spot in touch screen glass these problems are facing this time also.

I request you that i require old hand set billing amount (5800/-) i have also limited resouces of time to devote ASC because i am in service.
