[Resolved] Videocon / Mobile V1675 — poor connectivity due to factory fault

i am not satisfied with mobile signal conectivity or poor networking due to you factory fault. as per ur customer care advice i had visited to ur nearest service center ADITYA ENTERPRISES BORING ROAD PATNA(BIHAR) .Your service engineer admitted the factory fault and he assured me u will get back with in a week after correction the fault. over all i m not satisfied with this mobile set. kindly allow me to issue brand new in good condition. i am not satisfied with mobile signal conectivity or poor networking due to you factory fault. as per your customer care advice i had visited to your nearest service center World vision, recidency road, srinagar, kashmir .Your service engineer admitted the factory fault and he was not able to rectify the issue. hence i would like to get full refund or a replacement
