Sub: Complain for delay in replace of Hands free within warranty.

D/Sir,
I am Mr. Abhishek Kumar Srivastav & I am working in a construction company that’s I am transferred from one city to another city. I am purchase a videocon mobile model no. – V1428 on dtd. 06/01/2011 from Pindwara, Distt. Sirohi (Rajasthan). Afterthat when I come to my native place (Varanasi, U.P. ) on leave then my Hands free was damaged. So I go to your service centre at Vishal Communication , Varanasi (U.P.) for replace this within warranty. Then they submit the same & give a receipt of the same as on dtd. 23 Mar 2011. they call us after a week for take new Hands free. Till now I am go to yours service centre above 7- 8 times & they told us always Hands free was not come till today whenever it comes they will inform us.
So I want a confirm date when I go & take the same.
I am attached some documents are as under.
1) Bill of Purchasing mobile.
2) Receipt of submit Hands free for replace.
