It was Dec, 07 when I bought refrigerator 275DLX from M/S SHIVANI ELECTRONICS on the basis that it has a 2 years warranty on it which indeed is 1 year.
Now, It's compressor developed a snag according to the engineer of one of your service centre located at Hari Nagar, Ashram, New Delhi and I was amazed and dissapointed on his words that "U'll have to pay 1500/- for the gas which will be refilled", how can an engineer of such a reputed company talk in such a cheap and illogical manner ?? It surely hurts the dignity o[censored]r International name.
I'm myself an educated person and read all your terms and conditions which does not show any clause like this that I'll have to pay for the gas which will be lost and refilled due to the bad quality compressor your refrigerator had.
I'm not ready to pay a single penny which is against my morals.
Kindly do the needful as early as possible as it's already 2 weeks since we r facing the trouble turned into a harrassment.
