Hi My Name is Vinod Kumar Reddy, I bought an videocon eco cool refrigerator,after two months it's not getting cooled,i have raised a complaint on customer care on October Month,My complaint No is BAN[protected],i am calling them daily till now no one has responded to me regarding this issue.they are really testing my patience.i shall be very much thanful to you if you can do the needful in this regard.

Videocon/Refrigerator — not getting cool

I have launched a complaint on 21 Jul 11(complaint no:VIZ[protected]) to Videocon custermer care regarding fridge not getting cooled but no one has turned up to attaind the complaint. After reminding three times also no action is taken.Company has showed a very careless attitude to custemor service.
