[Resolved] Videocon Refrigerator — not attending compaint of faulty refrigerator in warranty

My refrigerator is faulty since last one week 21-04-10. It is under warranty. I have booked telephonic complaint in customar care center on dated 22-04-10 complaint no. BHO[protected]. but no action has been taken by company till date.
I purchased one piece of Vidieocon Refrigerator 180SS the model being S180SSDX having sl.no.[protected] with V Guard Stabiliser from your dealer M/s SIVAS, Sankarankoil vade their bill no. 5933 dated 08.05.2007.
I chose & purchased Vidieocon Fridge knowing well that it's from a well known & reputed Company when there are other so many makes in the same field.
But for the past six months the frige was not working. I contacted your dealer several times. They said that the instrument had to be sent to your service centre at Tirunelveli at my cost. I was not prepared for it. After several days I collected land line numbers of your Tirunelveli service centre. After several calls they sent M/S Ruban and Joseph on 13.05.2010. They said the gas quantity was very low & hence it should be refilled. They refilled the gas and collected Rs. 1500/= without giving any receipt. Mr.Joseph assured me he would go here again the next day if the frige had no cooling effect. As the freezer & the fridge didn't have any cooling effect I contacted your service centre & talked to Mr. Manivannan many a times. He said the compressor was to be changed & that be would send the service team. And this statement was receiving from him only on my call. So far no body turned down.
The machine is kept idle for more than six months Summer season is to close shortly & what's the use of the fridge as it is made available after summer season.
Kindly realise my position & save me from this sort of sluggishness by pushing your service people immediately.
