[Resolved]  Videocon Refrigerator S 225 Flr — No Cooling within 6 months of purchase and extremely poor service

Sir,

I purchased a ref from vijay electronics, 4-jayanti market, Jaipur on 5th april 2008of your company model no S 225 FLR.

there is no cooling in the fridge since 9th Oct 2008 and your service center has not even called back after we filed a complain at both your service center and at Vijay Electronics.

i am doubly harrassed as the appliance is not working nor is anyone attending us despite repeated calls every day.
