[Resolved] Videocon SIM Card — cheating charges in call rates | |||
i have special balance and i put rate cutter too but videocon network taking too much cost for my calls this s happening in so many times i lost nearly 200 rupees customer care peoples not returning my money and asking sorry for that but they continuing this,so wen v contact customer care again they not pick my call and not response also its hurt me so much so i want my money back or i want contact TROI to complaint against this Was this information helpful? | |||

SIM videocon — Cheating
i bought videocon sim they activited for 7 and i recharged with 395 after that sim card got ceiled.I called customer care they said you wont get this card anymore .I wasted 500rs in 7days and have resubmitted proof 2 times.Any solution to file case against to them
