[Resolved] Videocon SIM — balance problem

company activated one hello tune on my number [protected] and then deduct balance from my account. when i m given complaint to their executive Mr rakesh then he told me they will give me balance but it was not happen. so i can say they are making full to their customer.

I am mohamed ismayil from tiruchirappalli. I tried to contact the videocon consumer care last three days, but it always busy. My one month plan is expired on[protected], but i have recharged my account early on[protected]. The expiry day not extended, but the sms shows the local-videocon 60 min and local videocon-other mobile 60 min.
I think you want to grow more and more.

I have recharge my videocon mobile no. By paytm.. And in message the balence balence is 128.64 but when I dial *141# it is showing 0.65 paisa...why, ????
