[Resolved]  Videocon Split 1. 5 Ton Air Conditioner — Water leakage in indoor unit

I logged complain about water leakage in indoor unit of Videocon Air-conditioner on 01.04.2012 on customer care. But no engineer turned up for repairing the same. Hence complain was logged once again on 11.04.2012 for the same cause. Complain was attended and charged Rs. 400/- as service charge without solving the problem and he assured to come back again to solve. No engineer turned up hence complain was logged once again on 20.04.2012 and still waiting for solving the problem. My last complain No. is THA[protected]. My details are as under :
