I have registered the complaint GHA[protected] on 4th april 2012 regarding my AC which is in warranty and is non functional. One of your engineer made a visit and said that the gas needs to be refilled and someoneone will come very next day to do so.
I received the message with number of Mr Saroj. He did not turn up next day and his mobile was switched off. We contacted Customer care and got a robotic reply that we have forwarded your request and will be attended in 24 hours. The next day I could manage to connect to Mr Sarojs mobile and he told me to contact customer care as he don’t have any complaint with him. Again I tried customer care and got the same reply “We have forwarded your request and problem will be resolved in few hours” but till now no information or visit has been made. Your customer care also gave me one mobile number- [protected] but this number is alwyas switched off.
I have made four calls to customer care and three emails as well but no communication is made from the companies side Was this information helpful? |
Videocon India- split a/c — not responding to complaint
My videocon split aircondioner is malfunctioning and a complaint was lodged with the customer care centre of the firm vide their ref # DEL [protected] as advised by the executive Ms Monica on 21.04.2010.Some persons who said as representing Videocon reached my place to attend to the complaint.In the meantime due to loadshedding in the area they couldnot proceed further and left the premises leaving the systm as such and promissing to come back next day by 1000hrs.Nobody has turned up since then and efforts to contact customer care has not been fruiteful
