maine 01 june ko Dehradun custmer care per[protected] per complain kiya tha, aur 02 june ko online complain kiya tha tatha 06 june ko punah Dehradun custmer care per[protected] per remind kiya tha. 09 june ki sham ko Rudrapur service centre se technician aaker refrigerator ko chek kiya aur bataya ki gas lickage ki problem hai uske bad do part change kiya aur gas refiel kiya uske bad bahut hi nominal cooling hona suru hua aur kaha ki rat me properly cooling hone lagegi, es samay tak propperly cooling nahi ho rahi hai aur na hi freezer me ice jam rahi hai. Mai punah aaj Dehradun custmer care per[protected], aur Rudrapur service centre [protected] per remind ker diya, sath hi jaha se freeze liya tha Anand Enterprises, Pantnagar ko bhi [protected] per inform ker diya hu. Ese jald hi sahi karaye.

      Since your is the renound Company, also your product are well known.But as we are useing your Split A/c Model No.VAJ123.we are very much unsatasfied with the performance of a/c. Again and again A/c.is not working it is not getting cool. Also the service of SERVICE CENTER IS VERY VERY POOR.Please take not of this.After giveng complaint Service center person said it will take about 10days to get repair.10Days is too much, if 10Days he should have been given replace unit .We are suffering from last 3days a loot .
      he said first i have to give confirmation to company about complaint, then after with in 2, 3 days company will send part
      then he will ableto repair the same, which will take about 10to12days.THIS IS DISGUSTING.

        Many of the consumer durables that we use are from VIDEOCON. As they have not given any trouble we were very happy and recommended the same to many. Now that some of them like the washing machine which we use regularly started giving trouble, we wanted it to be repaired and serviced only by the qualified and company appointed technicians.         I purchased a Videocon 29" Slim Trim TV Set in November 2007 and after a couple of months i noticed a strange problem in it. While surfing channels, it suddenly switches off arbitrarily on any channel. There is no problem with the power supply or the cable channel. Its the TV set that is faulty. The TV set is still under warranty and I would like to have it either serviced or completely replaced with a new set. Please let me know the further course of action.

          i have purchased a A.C. brand Clair of Videocon company in having 6 year warranty of compressor and same not working since a week, I complainted to service centre at Agra on the phone no. 3297005 but he did not logde my complaint and demanded Rs. 300/- against lodging of complaint, then i contacted to dealer from i purchased the A.C. . The dealer M/S Garg Sons. M.G. Road, Agra lodged my complaint on 28.05.2008 in evening after verifying my purchase bill

          complaint of Videocon split A/c, water is coming inside room from the A/c.

          I am very much upset with the BAD SERVICE OF YOUR COMPANY, WITH THE DEFECTIVE A/C.

          i have purchased split a/c with the following details, year back, since then i was facing problem IS, water IS dripping from INDOOR UNIT, i have made compliant to the seller, and he has send his man once or twice, but the problem was not solved.

          i am sending this complaint again and again to them, but no one is coming to resolve the issue.

          i was in need of 3 a/c, due to this i have purchased another split a/c BUT NOT OF VIDEOCON, but of LG, i am also looking to buy another split a/c but i think that i will go with LG again, as they service and products ARE SUPERB, THE BEST PART IS THAT THEY listen and are very systematic.

          Hi,

          I have purchased 4 split ACs around 2 Yrs. back and i am very much upset from the services as well as the product.
          However three of my AC's are working fine but one of them has made my life hell.
          The quality of the compressors are so pathetic that everytime i have to it replaced from the dealer. Everytime it stop working, the dealer takes the whole unit with him and return it after weeks.

          Please take the complaint very seriously and kindly take some action against it.

          Videocon Air Conditioner — Not working

          I bought Videocon Airconditioner Model VAS G 182 on 8/3/2008 from Girias Electronis Cross cut road, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore. The serial No. [protected]. I lodged a complaint with customer care over phone and thru email . But they have not responded. The Compressor carries a 5 year Guarantee. Please help

            I have purchage one vediocon washing machine (Model WM COMBI 6800) from NEXT RETAIL SHOP, NEXT Annanaga, 99, E-Block, Annanagareast, chennai-102, Bill No. 508089, Dated.[protected].               I have purchased a Videocon Refrigration model num s183ss from the videocon Showroom in Vizag on 19/05/08.Its hardly been 3 days that it stopped working.I have complained at their service center num[[protected]]on 27/05/08 and they promised to send somone, but they didn't.I called them up today and the same answer.I m sick and tired of calling them but they are not bothered to call me or visit my place.I want to file a case against them .Pls help.

                I purchase videocon 17 inch tv in scheme from asian radio house, sangli on 21-dec-2007. In this scheme with TV, dvd+dth box is given free. But dvd+dth not work properly. It fail after two repairy. So asian radio house says to replacement of this product.
                At time purchasing sell persons in asian radio house sangli tell the price of (dvd+dth box )Rs.3390/-. Now they said to us we give only Rs.2000/- and other difference is paid by me.
                If company wants to call back all products(dvd+dth box) from the market. Then it is company responsbility to give the replacement of product, free in warranty period.For this perticular (dvd+dth)product several customers complaints are recieved to the service center and almost all product are faulty.
                Please, clarify why I paid more money for this .Reply immediately.

                I Sushil Kumar purchase a DVD+d2h from Big Bazar, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi on the 24th of January, 2010 Salesman Mr. Devendra he tell me Rs.2690.00 DVD player cost, Rs. 300.00 installation charges and Rs. 1000.00 Koryo home theatre system total cost of Rs. 4000.00. I paid Rs. 4000.00. After 4 days i.e. the 27th of January, 2010, on the time of installation engineer Mr. Saroj Kumar after installation pay Rs. 300.00 installation charges I am paid Rs. 300.00 2nd time installation charges but no bill provide to Mr. Saroj Kumar and no install home theatre sysem Mr. Saroj Kumar tell me its not my duty install home theatre system . Videocon employee harssment every time. Please necessary action.

                  i want u inform you that i bought a split A.C(model VASG183. on oct 2007, from the begining it was not cooling properly. i hv registered a complain through the shop from where i bought the A.C. but till date the company didnt take any action. well i have a cyber cafe. due to computer run up the room becomes heat. so i ned an A.C. which can cool the room temperature. but it is not working. so i want u to take some action against the air conditioner.

                  i want u inform you that i bought a split A.C 1.5 ton (model VSG 5222. on 2nd may 2008) within sharp 45 days its swing motor was disturbed.i hv registered a complain through the shop from where i bought the A.C. but till date the company didnt take any action.when i called ur engineer he told it will take time to replace its swing motor.He has brought a swing motor of other model and it has not replaced yet.Videocon engineer told u can run ur A.C. without swing facility.from it a burning smell is coming put at run time.I hav purchased it from NATIONAL ELECTRONICS, Benachity Market, Durgapur.After selling they r nomore for customer service.so i ned an A.C. which can run properly.So i want u to take some action against the air conditioner.

                  videocon-A.C- 2 ton — poor product- no cooling- requires gas filling.

                  A two ton A.C. was ordered in Kara bajar at vedeocon stall and it was supplied by M/S deepal Electronics on 18.4.05. On date of supply /after installation the A.C of S.N.vico[protected], it was found that defective machine was supplied as there was no cooling and was giving humming sound. The Machine was replaced by another after a period of one week after giving number of reminders and tetephone calls.

                  2. In 2007, last year, Thuogh service was done by sale and service center, after the period of one week it was found that icing was being made / manufactured on the coils. The problem was attendended by Vedeocoservice station ie Mr Suhial Ahamad of Harash Nagar Kanpur, by cleaning the capilliers by filling the gas and charged about Rs2000/-But after the period of one week, the welding Joint of gas filling broken when the machine was in operation.

                  Again the Machine was sent to Vedeocon service station Harsh nagar, Kanpur again the gas filling charges were paid after removing the humming/ knowking sound.and payment of About 1800/- was made

                  3. This year in May /June 08 after sevice of the Manhine, same tripping problem is being faced, the stabalizer ( Logistic) provided has already been checked and repaired throughM/S Deeak Electronisf rom M/S Saraf cooling system .

                  4.From last three days it is being notice/ obsered that Machine compressor get tripped after three mintues when compressor starts. Voltage dropps from 210 to 140 volts.phaseconnection has been changed done no relief.

                  Please inform your call centre number is swiched off., Now the machine supplied /manufactured by has become a liabilty to me other than harassment. to a senior citizen of 68 years old

                  From last one month there is some complaint in /ac, it automatically sets by default to 25degree and unable to swtich off. We are keep in touch with the local service centre by nobody response.

                  We are feeling a very bad service from videocon local customer representative..

                  please reslove this as soon as possible.

                  i have one videocon split a.c. which i purchased form bistupur, jamshedpur.from the beggining only the a.c. didnt works very fine sometimes the ac doestn/t cool and sometimes it takes long time to get start.
                  we log the complain and it was repaired.but again since some days the a.c. ddin't get start due to which we are unable to use it.
                  we would like u to send the engineer and let the a.c. checked since the service centre of jamshedpur didn't seems to have such good service and engineer.
                  if this kind of service persist i think that it will only spoil videocon image since being a customer i will think twice to buy videocon products.

                  I purchased one Videocon Split A/C, 1.5 ton from the Viveks Anna Nagar on 28-02-09.Ever since installation, I have been facing constant problems.First, I was not given the appropriate Remote control, and it took them nearly a month to give me one but with a manual which is not pertaining to it.Also this A/C has been giving some noise which disturbs our sleep and my frequent contacts to Vivecks only resulted in a pair of mechanics visiting my house, meddling with the A/C and assuring me that the noise would disappear soon.But to my surprise this noise has only increased in volume and in frequency. And now finally, they have informed me that this noise is a normal one with any Split A/C and therefore I have to tolerate this for at least 3 months by which time it will disappear. I have never seen any Split A/C with such defect and therefore this argument does not only sounds illogical but also seems to be an attempt to hoodwink me.
                  I would therefore request you to kindly replace this with another A/C or give me another model for which I am prepared to pay the extra amount if necessary.

I was told engineer would come to rectify the problem. After my repeated requests they send a man who says the pc card has a problem. They took away the card but till now I have not been able to start my AC.I am writing to you after great disappointment that such a reputed company is being marred by your sevice centers run by inexperienced staff who have no time to get the work done of their customers.

                  i want u inform you that i bought a split A.C. on June 2009, from the begining it was not cooling properly. i hv registered a complain through the shop from where i bought the A.C. but till date the company didnt take any action. well i have a cyber cafe. due to computer run up the room becomes heat. so i need an A.C. which can cool the room temperature. but it is not working. so i want u to take some action against the air conditioner.

                  We want to draw your kind attention towards the few following things like.
                  • We are using Videocon Electronics Appliances since past 15 years.
                  • The products which we are using are –
                  Videocon Music System (Model – RT SX 47),
                  Videocon TV (Model - Bazooka),
                  Videocon Washing Machine (Model - 400 T),
                  Videocon TV (34’’ Jumbo), &
                  Videocon AC 1.5 Ton (Model VSR- 52331)

                  This time we are very much dissatisfied by Videocon Split AC, as this is not working since the beginning of this year. We bought this AC on 24 March 2008 from Next Retail Shop, Bajaj Towers, Raisen Road, Bhopal (MP). (Xerox Copy of invoice is enclosed for your ready reference). The AC has been billed in the name of my mother Mrs. Prem Lata Gupta.

                  We hardly used this AC in the month of May/June 2008 and when we start using this AC this summer the cooling was utmost nil. And we did the complaint, when the technician checked he told that there is no gas on it and given us estimation of Rs. 2000/- for gas filling.

                  We are extremely surprised by the performance of our new AC. We used it 2 months (May/June 2008) last year and 1 month (May 2009) this year. People had advised me to go for other brands Like LG, Voltas etc available in the market but b’coz of our hard core brand loyalty on VIDEOCON we prefer to buy Videocon products only.

                  Kindly look in to the matter personally and arrange to replace the whole unit with the new one without any extra charge.

                  I would like to say that, i am not getting proper service from the vediocon A.C dealers.I am from ALIGARH(UTTAR PRADESH).I have launched a complaint for servecing a windows A.C on 27 th JULY...60 HOURS have already passed and till now we havent recieve a service.So shal we think tat it is companys ineffeciency, that they cant provide proper service to their customers.

                  Problems Faced: No Cooling after continuous running.
                  Many times Complained, but no satisfactory result.

                  Complaints Registered at Videocon Service Station (Toll Free No.:-[protected]) and called many times but never attended and serviced.
                  At last complaint registered with the service request no: HYD[protected].
                  Later on the complaint was cancelled on 06.04.2011 by sending a SMS without attending the problem.

                  Kindly register my complaint and help me getting the claim of compensation for the cost of product and the entire loss throughout the summer.

                    i have already registered a complaint through email on[protected], but there is not any response.
                    I have a videocon refrigerator 210ltr, model no: d 210 dx, problem is there that door liner has broken.

                    i have made complaint about this for so many times, your executives visited also but could not do any thing.

                    I have also paid 275 rs. as service charges.
                    When i call to Mr. Rajesh( Area Manager) and talk about complaint, every time he says "I am trying about it and next week i will attend".

                    I am facing problem about this complaint for about four months.
                    I have called to your staff/service center about 100 times.

                    videocon refrigerator 210 ltr — not taking action

                    dear sir/madam

                    i have been registering a same complaint for videocon refrigrator 210 ltr. for two months.
                    Once our executive visited on[protected] and take visiting charges & said "i will come after two or three days and bring the necessary part with him". But there is not any response till now.

                    i have called to your delhi customer care center, no: 39898910 and 'area manager Mr. Rajesh' and 'S.R. services' for many times. but they are not taken any action.

                    S.R. Services says we can not do any thing you can call customer

                    Customer care executives are says talk with our area manager Mr. Rajesh.

                    Mr. Rajesh has been saying at this time we can not do anything call me next week for 20 days, and when i said to him that i will go to consumer court, he said "consumer court can do anything of me".

                      This is an humble request that we purchased a videocon refridgerator (model no S091DLX) on 2006. Our refridgerator is not working properly from last three Months. we had complaint about this to to customer care for several times but still now our problem is not solved. At last we are in deep trouble so kindly help us other wise we will go for register a case in consumer court. as more than 50 staff are working in our organization so we all recomoneded all staff not to go for videocon products.

                      the service of videocon is and below then 3rd class I m crying after purchasing this brand this brand is ****** brand I am preparing for consumer court against this company and want every dissetisfied customer to support me.
                      I have spent more than Rs 4, 000/- towards Service Charges and Replacement of Parts i.e. Bi-Metal, Cooling Coil, Dryer & Gas Refilling on my Electrolux make Refrigerator, Model No.EKL-235, Double Door, Serviced by Videocon. After running few days, the fridge is giving same problem for which the repairing was done i.e. NO COOLING.


                      Please confirm how the problem can be solved.

                        I brought Videocon washing machine from Vijay Sales, Plot No 57/2, SV road, Borivali(w) Tel no 28021781 Receipt [protected], bill No is 06-BR04-08SO-1682 . Date of purchase was[protected] and I clearly told to the sales person of vijay sales that I want delivery after 7.00 pm and he promised that washing machine will be delivered on Monday at your home. On Monday I got 3-missed call from reliance number. Then at once I called on that number it was vijay sales delivery person number and he told me sir there is no body at your home. I told to that person that I clearly told to vijay sales person that I’ll be available after 7.00 pm due to I’m in job so its not possible to come right now so he told me that your product will be deliver on next day. On Tuesday that person called me from PCO and my good is delivered. I kept it in my room. Then I called on Wednesday on vijay sales borivali(W) number for the demo of the machine on number[protected] he told me that contact customer care for the demo. Then I called customer care of Vijay Sales[protected] for the demo.
                        One guy picked up the call and he told me that the demo would be by Wednesday. I said ok and I also told to that person that while coming for a demo please give me a call. On Wednesday when I reached home around 7.00 pm on slip hanging on my front home door from Tek care India Pvt Ltd.(so called videocon customer care) that while you were away one person come to your home for demo at 6.00 pm. and one complaint no was mentioned over there it is 7JA[protected]. And Telephone Number is 39898910.
                        I called on that number the person was telling that one person had come to your home for demo and you are not at home then sudden I called vijay sales customer care for all the thing they told we sent your request for demo and don’t worry you would get the demo on Thursday.
                        On Thursday No one had come my machine still kept as a showpiece. Again I called videocon customer care about the same. I got the same reply on Friday sure one person will come to your home at last I able to get the number of Tek care technician of Kandivali[protected] and he told me we don’t work after 6.00 pm. I said what is this then he speaking so rudely and told we work only 10 to 6. I[censored] want the demo u can take it at these timing and my person would come to your home on Saturday 26/04/2008 at 10.30 am.
                        I said ok. Then at last I contact vijay sales customer care and aware all these talk and said what is this? They gave me number of senior person 66227733 and tell called on this. I called vijay sales then tek care (videocon customer care) No response
                        At last today 26/04/2008 one person from Tek care come to my home around 10.15 am for the demo and while opening the machine. He told me sir your machine is broken contact vijay sales. I am trying from last 1 hour number is busy.

                        I am fed up I’m requesting customer care’s please help me cause I spend lots of money on call near about 500 Rs. And mentally suffer too, which can’t be valued

                        Please do some thing this case is happening to me. I don’t want that it should be happen to other’s

                        I soulely agree with the negligience of Tek care India Pvt Ltd.(so called videocon customer care) towards customers .When called, they don't pick up the phone. I have a 29 inch colour tv bought at Adith Electronics. From last one year it is having some patches red and green in colour.After repeated complaints(HYD [protected], HYD [protected], HYD [protected], HYD [protected], HYD [protected], HYD [protected])and after repeated repairs by the persons of videocon, the problem was not solved which led to the replacement of the product. 15 days back, they took my tv for replacement and still have not got the new piece. Videocon surely has the worst service to offer to its customers with inefficient people. I paid around rs. 10000 for a tv which was faulty and after 1 yr. of struggle, i am again suffering for a new tv. These people really cause mental harrasment and tortureto the customers and immediate action should be taken aginst videocon.

                            Videocon no customer service - purely harrassment
                            We bought a videocon Fully automatic washing machine in year 2005. It started giving problems after a few weeks. Each time we call their service centre they send mechanic after 3-4 days. Each visit is charged Rs. 200/- and no money receipt is provided. The Videocon service centre and officers have not been able to fix the frequent faults. It was purely a harrassment procedure which had happened with their different departments.

                            How can they expect form a buyer to call them regularly for such faults. The refuse to give service record. They refuse to give AMC and undertake repairs and maintenance services on adhoc basis for which we have pay each time.

                            They do not have any web based complaint registration system. They submitted a repair estimate costing Rs. 6000/- for a machine costing Rs. 8000/-.

                            Are there some consumer groups, who could undertale this matter.

                            videocon is having really bad customer service. i bought K5800 fully automatic model in 2007. since then it has stopped working more than 4 time. after facing great difficulties and constant follow ups with service centre somehow we managed to bring the technition who managed to come after 20-30 days of the lodge of complaints. I really want to throw the machine.

                              i am I.S. Chada resident of Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur. I am a retired person staying here from past 30 years. Recently, on 28th of March'2008 i bought an Airconditioner 1.5 ton from NEXT in rajapark, jaipur. As the per buying scheme they were suppose to install the Airconditioner & demostrate its working to us. But, they have been negligent is doing so airconditioner was not properly install as it is tilled, and that was even done after contionous & repeated phone calls to them. Now, no one is there to demostrate the working of the AC and its remote is also not working which has made very difficult for us to buy this AC in our house. so, its my humble request please take the required action towards them which can atleast not cause problem to other customers in future as well as we can get better n required services on time.

                                This is regarding complaint for Refrigerator with product description- S091DC - SGR - SILVER- [protected] purchased on 30th March from Next Electronics- Chandigarh - SCO - 317-318, Sec 35. At time of purchasing it was told that we have to keep Refigerator on for 7 to 8 hrs without any thing kept inside, which i followed & Switch it "ON" on 30th March. Till 31st March till time of mailing at 5:30 Pm, there was no cooling inside the refrigerator. It was as warm as outer temperature.

                                I already informed "Next Electronics" for same & they told that there will be Person from Videocon to give Demo after 24 hrs..But i think today's time is so fast that no one can wait for such a long time. This is the first product of Videocon company, i have ever purchased & it was not a good experience, either its of quality or quality of service.

                                This is an humble request that we purchased a videocon refridgerator (model no S091DLX) on 2006. Our refridgerator is not working properly from last three Months. we had complaint about this to customer care for several times but still now our problem is not solved. As Hot summer is on we are facing so many problem due to the negligency of customer care representative. The complain no is given below

                                we also contact with the area manager Mr. Rajiv whose contact no is [protected] for more thatn fifry times and with Mr. Rawat whose contact no is[protected] for several times also but our problem is still going on. The representative also black mailing with money everytimes when they comes to us. They take 900/ from us for three times. At last we are in deep trouble so kindly help us other wise we will go for register a case in consumer court. as more than 50 staff are working in our organization so we all recomoneded all staff not to go for videocon products. We need Proper Positive attention about this problem from your side. Hope for a quick request.

                                I have purchased one Videocon Refrigerator on 10/12/2007 . Its a single door machine. I am getting frequent problem in this. Now from 28.06.09 its not working ( Not cooling ) Copmlain no- BBS[protected]. Videocon Dealer technicians visited on 30th june. Informed problem in compressor . After repeated fallow-up they have taken it on 4th july for repair at their workshop. We have been told as it will be returned within 3 days. Again after repeated fallowup they returned on 13th. It worked for 3 days and on 16th july again the same problem faced. We log another complain . During booking complain this time we have intimated your call centre about our last complain no. They have given an another complain no- BB19718001 And we have been told as we will treat it as repeat complain. Now your dealer technicians on 20th july said the Compressor is burnt we have to take the fridge again to Workshop. Now from 20th july we have made atleast 50 calls to your dealer and your Videocon Branch office at Bhubaneswar. Now reply is coming that the dealer is not responding . You can go for Consumer case... We have never expected such kind of service from Videocon. Please intimate the Top Management Phone nos to help us..

                                We had purchased the Videocon Refrigerator( Model No VBP 193/2009) during the month of March 2009. Since than we have been facing problems of poor cooling. We already made a complaint to the local dealer M/s Khuslani Traders Khandwa(MP) for the same but the result was not satisfactory. We have noticed that the cooling remains poor at maximum cooling point. We request you to rectify our problem so that we will not face the problem in future.

                                Since then it has been repaired by videocone service center 8 times, starting from the first year itself.


                                Who says we have reached to moon and today is the age of customer service, it is not appearing from the service of videocone.

                                You people spend crores in advertisements, just try to feel at ground reality .

                                I swear not to buy Videocone product in future.

                                I have purchased one Videocon Refrigerator 3 years back, now there is problem in compresher, i called to customer care and loged complain regarding the issue complain no is(DEL-[protected]), one thing allso, i have warenty card but there is no dealer stamp, i got a call from ur service center and they are asking 4000/-rs charg for repaierig . i told them that is under warentiy and u can considert with modle no . but they are not giving any satisfactory respons.

                                VIdeocon refrigerator is so bad, till first day it not working.I complaint to customerservice in several times they don't take action aganist this complaints.please close the videocon company.I register my complaint in several times in videocon site, customercare, no response.videocon members please check how lg, whirlpool, bajaj company gives the after services.I felt pity on this products, and customercare.i collect several complaints like this, and am going to submit a complaint in consumer court..never more customer cheated by videocon.i purchased it from chennai, their sevice center is cool service, but not a single response from there, also a mechanic from there
                                broken my refrigerator panel, that time he told it will repare "tomarrow", today 3 moths completed but no mechanic person.intersting fact is fridge is purchaised only 6 months before, till the date daily complaints from this product.WHAT A SERVICE FROM VIDEOCON, do you think its a good for a good firm.I expect i will get a solution from consumer court, atleast i can inform this to the people how this company treated the customers.

                                I have purchased one Videocon Refrigerator 2 years back, now there is problem in compressor, i called to customer care and loged complain regarding the issue & my complain no is JAB[protected] on 5/6/2011
                                I already informed "JAIN ELECTRICALS "(DEALER) for same & they told that there will be Person from Videocon to come after 24 hrs..But till now nobody even bother to come & check the compressor ice
                                I must say service provided by videocon is horrible & i must recommend other customer not to purchase any refrigerator from this company
                                This is the first & last product of Videocon company, i have ever purchased & it was not a good experience, either its of quality or quality of service.

                                  We had purchased Videocon Washing Machine KONSERV-5200 WM from NEXT ELECTROPLAZA, GANDHI PATH, VAISHALI NAGAR, JAIPUR, PHONE 2501386, 4039694 vide invoice No. 03166 dated 8 Feb 2008. The machine stopped working in about a month's time and we lodged complaint with the company's customer service centre vide complaint No. 17021 dated 15 March 2008. After that three times different persons came to our house each saying that he cannot repair it now but will come back next day. After ten phone calls to different people at CSC, nothing has happened, even after one week of our complaint the same ha not been attended to. Today a man at CSC replied that they can't help it, they will see it on Monday next!! This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! We can't wait for weeks to have a problem fixed. We are convinced that either Videocon is a fraudulent company or that someone is posing as the customer service agent of the company. We advise people never to buy a Videocon product in future and fall into this trap. There are enough other brands around to buy a washing machines from.

                                    With reference to the above subject, i would like to bring to your
                                    notice that i purchased a clour TV Jumbo 34 on 14/01/2008. From the
                                    date of purchase i am facing problems like imaging getting tilted the
                                    same has been informed to the local service centre and the
                                    representative has rectified the same.

                                    After the rectification i am facing an other problem of getting color
                                    patches on the screen very oftenly, after repeated complaints the
                                    inspections by your service representative the problem is not getting
                                    resolved and the representative claims that this can not be rectified
                                    and the same problem is also being notice among other tv sets of same
                                    model and he does not have a resolution for the same.

                                    So i would request you to provide certain permanent resolution from
                                    the company end in what ever means you find it appropriate and pass on
                                    a good experience and satisfaction of purchase done

                                    Iam from damoh MP and the dealer from whom i purchased my Videocon QS 8600 Jumbo 34 is priced by 12990[insclusve of all taxes], but the dealer is charging me with extra sales tax and extra professional tax.so what i want to know is that do i have to pay only 12990 or the extra tax that he is charging me.thanking you.i want the reply soon.

                                    Hello, My name is Aniruddh. I purchased this T.v in Jan 2008 and I paid total RS 20000/- for 34 inch TV and 7000 as a deposit for Plasma 32 TV is also included in it. If you pay only 12990 then also text is included. So don't pay more..

                                    Videocon — TV cost of Repairing Rs 20,000/-

                                    I bought a LCD of Videocon for Rs 36, 000/- in feb 2007.
                                    The display suddenly stopped in march 2009.
                                    Videocon engineer visited our home and told us that since warranty period is over the repair of the dispay part will cost us Rs 20, 000/-
                                    Do they mean to tell us that life of Videocon TV is 2 years?
                                    What a disappointment buying videocon.
                                    Now i Know why sony brand is no.1
                                    Never buy from videocon
                                    I recommend all people to abstain buying from videocon.
                                    I'm facing similar problem, the images are curved on both sides have called customer services several times with no help.
                                    Also to let you know I have been getting phone calls from the videocon representatives offering other LCDs at a price, I was told I will be getting a 32" Plasma tv. Does videocon have plasma tv now?
