[Resolved]  Videocon Split AC - T5233m — cooling problem no service

I've purchased split AC(videocon) from K.S. electronics alld. on 11-6-08 after a week there was problem of cooling. Since A.C. is installed in chamber of a lawyer which normaly opens in evenings only , even the lesser cooling was somehow managed but after the winters , it completely stopped cooling since it was in guarantee period it was informed that gas has leaked and it was corrected. This season again there is almost no cooling and when I contacted the dealer he informed me to contact customer care at [protected] and[protected] since last 3 days I'm trying to contact the aforesaid numbers but on every occasion I'm asked to wait till their executive is free I have waited for 10 - 15 minutes every time but no success. Till date i could not succeed in getting my complaint registered.
