[Resolved]  Videocon Telecom / Internet Services — Unlimited Internet Services @ Rs.96 but not able to connect

As M not able to use Videocon Internet services, also after mailing to nodal officer and applete officer, still not received any reply from their sides.

Dear Sir / Medam,
I am a Videocon Prepaid Customer. My Mobile Number is [protected].
I recharged my Videocon Prepaid mobile no [protected] with Rs.96 which is Internet Facility “Unlimited Surfing” for one month.
The problem is that, In this facility Net connection is disconnected within 10 minutes or many times not getting any Net Connection. I am using the same connection in below given address for your reference.

As I called to customer care but did not get any solution or in Rajkot city not having any service point.
As I recharged with Rs.96, the amount has been lost and did not get any benefits with this amount or not got connect with internet.
Kindly provide the solution OR Rs.96 will credit in my Videocon Prepaid Account [protected].
Your efforts would be appreciated.
