[Resolved]  Videocon Tubular Battery — replacing of low backup battery within warranty period

200w low back up tubler battery was complained by compain no.var[protected]dated29/07/10 through service engineer sri vijai mishra book no. 010 fsrno.456.the battery was purchaged from deepak battery gorakhpur dated25/07/09 which was warrented for two years.after one year of purchage battery got deffect of low back up as per report of service engineer.company no.[protected] was dialed at 6.05 pm at noada centre.very rough and objectionable talk was done by attending emply.having all details of my complain and address he refuses about my complan and said the matter was solved.the distributer rajesh kumar-sanjai kumar of ambuja cment agency also having vediocn agency does not except the replacement of battery while service engineer shri mishra says that battery was replaced and issued to distributer for delivery to purchager.pl. let me know what shail i do.?
