Videocon / V1306 — Not Do Service In Guarantee Period

On 2nd of Feb 2011 i m given me Videocon handset for repair at their mobile repair center and they committed me Ur handset is dead and company will issue a new handset on behalf of repaired hand set on 16 feb 2011 AND
On 16 Feb 2011 when i m collected my new hand set than he say ur hand set is broken internally and now its out of warranty and u have to pay Rs 450 for its display charges , when i m again call on 1 march 2011 than he say ur handset is not reparing and not repaired in future also its completely dead ..............
Videocon's after sales services is very poor................
