[Resolved]  Videocon V1675 Dual SIM GSM — Alarm is not working, fail to connect to PC

I purchase this mobile,Found issue Alarm is not working as well as PC suite provide by company is useless. It not able to connect to PC.

This issue is occur while manufacturing only .

When I reported to Service Center ,they are asking to submit for 3-4 days.
Service Center is 24 km from my place, submit a phone for 3-4 day is horrible,i have so many important call need to attend

Kindly please check these function before purchase.
