Videocon — Worst after sell service
Purchased TV on 19.01.2008 and still under warranty. Complaint lodged on 22.12.2008 according to them, there person would come with in 2 days, no one attended that complaint since 3/01/2009, then i called at costumer care of videocon and i got shocked that they have closed my complaint.Due to which i have to logged a fresh complaint on 3/01/2009, Complaint no. DEL [protected].
today is 16/01/2009 and still no response from there side.
