I have purchased my mobile on November 6th 2010. type of mobile is v1675.

I have been facing continuous difficulties regarding charger and usb since the date of purchase.
After purchasing my mobile, i had left for my engineering college ( VIT). In my college, i used to face lot of difficulties with my charger. As i couldnt come back to rajahmundry immediately., i went to the service centre after my return to rajahmundry in the last week of december. Then i went to the service centre and gave the charger and usb for repair/replacement. I went to the rajahmundry service centre 2 or 3 times. But, service centre did not respond satisfactorily. After a long delay they gave me the charger and usb which i took to VIT. At present, both my charger and usb continued to be defective. Now, in my summer holidays, I went to the service centre in rajahmundry to inform the same. They did not entertain my complaint saying that the warranty period is over and they advised me to purchase a new charger and usb locally. This kind of response is totally dissapointing for the customers. I am sorry to say this, but i am not at all satisfied with the service provided by the sevice centre here from the day of purchase of my mobile.
I request you to kindly send a new charger and usb because the charger and usb supplied originally were defective from the beginning and inform me accordingly on [protected]@yahoo.co.in so that i can go and collect them from the service centre.
In this connection, i would request you to kindly advice your local service center to be customer friendly and forward our genuine complaints to you for proper and sympathetic consideration instead of brusquely disposing off at his level asking us to purchase locally available chargers bringing into disrepute such an esteemed company like urs namely videocon.
