I have got the following history of issues with Videocon and i took it across with chairman, Mr.venu as per the mail below, but still they didnot respond me regarding the issue.

Issue : Videocon washing machine - Not working for last one year .



Description of the problem


I purchased your company washing machine ( Model no :K 5300 )on December 10 , 2008 with two year warranty ( 10.12.2008 to 09.12.2010) at Next show room located at Begambet, Hyderabad. It was running good for the first year, except one or two times because of coins/safety pin the outlet nozzle got locked that will not the allow the inflow of water to stay inside the vessel and you have responded well for those problem. Note : I am not sure whether this problem has been addressed in your usage manual, nor it has not been explained by the shopkeeper while purchasing the machine.



In the last one year i am facing the problem with your machine and i was not able to utilize it as specified . Please find my recent complaint history below

5. Complaint : 15.11.2010 - Issue - Motor not running ; Rectified : 19.11.2010
6. Complaint : 12.12.2010 - Issue - Motor not running ; Status : Machine lying at your service centre



During this period,




As per the advice of your technician i have taken the AMC for one year dated 24.04.2010 , AMC effective from 09.12.2010 and i paid Rs 999/-. Just i got to know that AMC is invalid because it has not been logged in to your system and the amount has been taken by your former service centre ( Venus Electronics, New bowenpally, Secunderabad ). After i had a discussion with your hyderabad videocon representative Mr. Ravi , it has been agreed to consider the same to give your service on top of that AMC no : 052582.
Duirng several times , when my washing machine got repaired , your service centre person has asked me to give the washing machine at his place to perform the service and it has been sent to his place ( Venus electronics, Secuderabad ) in my transporation expenses of Rs 400/-. Even after a two weeks, he did not respond me back and also he has not repaired my washing machine and after a vigorous follow up, i got my machine back without rectification and also i found that the back cover was slightly in open condition ( Not fitted well ) , i noticed that the wiring has been disturbed ( i.e. it looks like scrap ). After a serious follow up with your senior persons from bangalore and call centre, machine was repaired by another service centre.
Whether my piece of equipment has been undergone the quality check to work for two years ...i doubt _ ? ? ? ? ? ? ?..
Impact



- I am undergoing a stress by spending many times over the phone with your local service centre, call centre, videocon representatives for follow up. I spent some amount for the phone bill for this issue

- Mental stress because i have to look for alternate way to wash my clothes during the course of repair and problem with my family

- More than that spending my time behind this issue.



Result :Finally , after one week of my last complaint and the above mentioned AMC issue , i heard from your representative Mr.Ramakanth and Mr. Ravi , that you did not have the mechanism for this model whcih needs to be replaced.

So , after this many stress and keeping all the above history ,i cannot agree for any of your option of replacing/repairing the machine again and request you to replace it with new machine. Eagerly expecting your response quickly for my request.
