Due to network problem in almost all CBS branches in and around UDUPI my family is not able to take DD or remit money through CBS platform. If we ask the officials of bank, they are all giving answers like
"NO network and You complaint Head office."
We also Noticed that
Bank is migrating to CBS but Proper training to handle the bank operations is lacking. I am sure its not the problem of staff, its because of NO training or guide by the technical/knowledgeble persons. Request the bank to give proper training to serve the customer In CBS platform. In migrated branches frequent errors/mistakes are happening like duble entry, deletion, interest mismatch etc. THIS IS BECAUSE OF FAILURE IN TRAINING OF CBS FLATFORM. Was this information helpful? |
